ChIP-IT™ Kits make performing chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) more successful by combining all of the critical components needed in a single kit. However, depending on how many immunoprecipitations you perform with each sample of sheared chromatin, you may run out of some components before others. For your convenience, we offer a number of kit components separately, such as the ChIP-IT Protein G Magnetic Beads (included in ChIP-IT Express Kits) and the pre-blocked Protein G Agarose (included in ChIP-IT Kits), both of which are supplied ready to use. This enables you to buy only the reagents you need based on your requirements, while giving you the flexibility to use either traditional or magnetic bead-based ChIP.
