Each Nushift™ and Gelshift™ Kit contains a specific combination of buffers that have been shown to reduce non-specific background for that kit's particular protein:antibody combination. To save you the time and inconvenience of optimizing buffers for your own supershift and gelshift experiments, Active Motif's Nushift and Gelshift Buffers are also available separately. Binding Buffers B-1 through B-4 are for incubation of the extract:antibody mixture, while Binding Buffers C-1 through C-3 facilitate binding of the labeled probe.
Use the search engine below to find the Nushift and Gelshift Kits you need. You can search one term at a time or search by Catalog Number. For example, search "AP1" or "AP-1" to find both the AP-1 Family Kits as well as kits for individual AP-1 Family members, or search "c-Jun" or "cJun" to find only kits for AP-1 c-Jun. You can also use the pull-down menus to limit your search to a particular type of kit, or to kits that react with protein from a particular species. (If you don't specify a Search Term, you can still use any combination of the pull-down menus to find, for example, all Nushift Kits that react with rat proteins.)
