Supershift & Gelshift Assays

 

Active Motif offers a variety of Nushift™ and Gelshift™ Kits in a convenient, flexible format for performing either traditional or non-radioactive electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA). These kits enable you to screen different nuclear extracts or gene promoters for specific transcription factor DNA binding activity. Nushift Kits are designed to provide consistent supershift results, while Gelshift Kits are ideal for performing gelshift assays.
