CodeQuest™ Biocomputing Workstation

CodeQuest™ is a powerful PC workstation (2 dual-core Xeon CPUs, 1 terabyte of storage, 4 GB RAM) that includes one or two DeCypher Engine™ accelerators to drive the full complement of TimeLogic's accelerated bioinformatics applications. You get answers to comprehensive bioinformatics analyses faster than a cluster of hundreds of CPUs.

  • Search your sequences against any public or internal sequence or HMM profile database

PipeWorks Workflow Interface

For a limited time, CodeQuest also includes a license for PipeWorks™, a drag-and-drop workflow interface that lets you easily combine search steps, filters and analysis tools without programming. This automates database updating tasks, and lets you schedule workflow run times so your anntoations are always current. With CodeQuest and PipeWorks, your lab can develop high-throughput genomics workflows to validate your bench science or investigate new research areas.

DeCypher® Enterprise and Mini Cluster Systems

TimeLogic's DeCypher® solutions can deliver up to tens-of-thousands-of-CPUs towards your genomics efforts. Through a combination of innovative software and reconfigurable hardware, DeCypher delivers the performance of a server farm in the space of one or more slim servers. Specify a modular DeCypher enterprise configuration for higher performance on a subset of algorithms, or the preconfigured DeCypher Mini Cluster that take up only 6" of rack space. The DeCypher solutions faster and more efficient than cluster-based solutions and install easily within a Solaris, Linux or Windows based server. All DeCypher solutions feature both a web-based interface and command line for easy batch processing.
