Background:
ASH2 is the homolog of the Drosophila ash1 (absent, small or homeotic discs) protein and a member of the MLL protein complex. ASH2 is required for trimethylation of lysine 4 of histone H3 by MLL.
Immunogen:
This antibody was raised against full-length recombinant human ASH2 protein.
Buffer:
Rabbit serum containing 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide.
Application Notes:
This product has been tested by Western blotting (1:500 - 1:2,000) and by immunofluorescence (1:500).
Nuclear extract of HeLa cells (10 µg) probed with Catalog No. 39099 (1:2,000 dilution).
