This TACI antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (0.5 - 2.0 µg/ml dilution), and reported to work in flow cytometry. For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may also reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.

TACI detection by Western blot. The analysis of TACI was performed using 10 µg of human spleen nuclear extract and TACI pAb at 1 µg/ml. A protein band of approximately 32 kDa was detected.
