for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Background
DAP-3 (Death Associated Protein 3) potentially binds ATP/GTP and may be a functional partner of the mitoribosomal protein S27. The DAP-3 gene encodes a 28S subunit protein that also participates in apoptotic pathways that are initiated by tumor necrosis factor-alpha, Fas ligand, and gamma interferon.
for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Immunogen
This antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 51-66 of human DAP-3.
for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Application Notes
This DAP-3 antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (1 - 2 µg/ml dilution). For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may also reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.
for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Buffer
PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Positive Control
Active Motif's Jurkat cytoplasmic extract (Catalog No. 36402) can be used as a positive control for DAP-3 antibody.
DAP-3 mAb tested by Western blot.
DAP-3 detection by Western blot. The analysis was performed using 10 µg Jurkat whole-cell extract and the DAP-3 mAb at a 1 µg/ml dilution.
for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Storage
Antibodies in solution can be stored at -80°C for 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.
for DAP-3 antibody (mAb)Guarantee
