This Aiolos antibody was raised against a recombinant GST-Tagged protein corresponding to the C-terminal half of mouse Aiolos.

Aiolos transcription factor is a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. Aiolos is a hemopoietic-specific transcription factor that regulates B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. It can also participate in chromatin remodeling.
