For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may also reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.


This DR4 antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 1-20 of human DR4.

DR4 (also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, member 10a, TNFRSF10A, or TRAILR1) is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily that is activated by TRAIL and induces apoptosis.
