Increases stem cell reprogramming efficiency. Stimulates osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow stromal cells (ref 2). Induces differentiation and growth inhibition in IDH1 mutant glioma cells and decreases tumor growth in vivo (ref 3). Cell permeable.
