Operating Instructions
- Insert 0.2 mL PCR tubes containing your sample and magnetic beads into the rack.
- Place the rack on a stable surface.
- Allow beads to migrate to the magnet side (~1-2 minutes).
- Carefully aspirate the supernatant without disturbing the bead pellet.
- Perform washes as required, repeating steps 3 and 4.
Maintenance and Care
- Clean with mild detergent and water.
- Avoid blunt-force impact, to avoid dislodging position of magnets.
- Keep away from extreme temperatures.
