Purified IgG in PBS, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.

RORA antibody (rAb) tested by Western blot.
Detection of RORA by Western blot analysis using various lysates and probed with RORA antibody at 1:1500 dilution.

Background

RORA is a steroid hormone receptor and has been implicated in the pathology of circadian rhythms, bone growth, angiogenesis, development of cones, cellular metabolism and a mediator in the immune and lipid metabolism pathways
